Freshman Banquet, September 7th

An annual event, catered for years by Wayne and Tammi Roberts and supported by volunteers such as the Murphys, Sharps, Rippertons, et al, involvies Bear Valley members who play an active role in the student life of Bear Valley Bible Institute. This year, 90 members came together for this fall's Freshman Banquet. The current freshman class is 13 members strong and as international and diverse as many can remember. Each student has made a commendable sacrifice and is a treasured contributor to who we are as a church. The work and good accomplished by this church through the long standing work of BVBID is overwhelming and reaches all across the world. Sound, capable men (and women in the woman's program) help to equip these students. The congregation gives them a home away from home, loving and encouraging them as they train to be in ministry. This year was a "Cajun Theme."
