RECENT "DOINGS" OF THE BEAR VALLEY MEMBERS

The Wilkies do an unbelievable job of hospitality. There were scores of BV members at their house on Friday, 8/11. We had some new BVBID students and members young, old, and in-between. There was plenty of food, lots of games for the gamey, and a night of visiting and fellowship.

Notice Ed Harmon (R) seeming to say, "What's the use?" Everybody having a great time.

On Saturday, 8/12, the Bear Valley Band-Aids made their debut in a softball tournament hosted by Littleton church of Christ. There were 12 teams entered and Sundine deduced that we finished 5th. Not bad. "2-2 and barbeque" became our motto (2 wins, 2 losses, and tying on the feed bag at Brian and Sandy's house afterward).
