Windsor Youth Rally

About 16 teens (13 from our youth group; and about 22 with adult) went up to Windsor for a great youth rally. Everything went great, and it will be a great event to go back to on another occasion. Here are some pictures for everyone to see what went on:

The group that went up to Windsor.

Cane in one hand and barely being able to walk did not stop this elder from getting out and playing a little basketball with some of the teens. It hard to find a picture that expresses "young at heart" more than this one.

This is at the Nursing Home before we went into sing.

This is right before we started singing in the nursing home. This wasn't even half of those who came in to sing. The other groups also went to various sections of the building to sing. As always, the crowd was very receptive and thankful for the time we were there.

Some of our teens playing football during free time.

This was during one of the classes. This one was being taught by the preacher there.

Another class that was being taught by some of the members at Windsor. He was discussing the influence of friends.

Just doing what he does best...being studly.

Teens playing game called "Chubby Bunny." The object of the game is to stuff marshmallows into your mouth and say the words "chubby bunny." The person who can say those words with the most marshmallows in the mouth wins. It is very funny to watch.

Some of our teens paying attention to what was going on during one of the classes.

Each teen group was asked to make a sign from the congregation they are from. Our teens all contributed to make one of the more unique and eventful ones.

Some of the our teens mingling with some of the others in an attempt to get to know them a little better.
